Watching todays game was like watching Staubach , Drew Pearson , Dorsett , Newhouse , To-Tall Jones , Harvey MArtin , Billy Joe Dupree , Randy White ,and the other ....
CARDIAC KIDS!!!!!!!!!
Geesh what a game.
-
Even has me kinda likin' the `Boys again. Haven't really been a devoted fan since all the players you just posted about were playin'. ;)
- Still think Jerry's a putz, though. :D

And they all said....AMEN!!!!!!!
They play great and RACK up points...play sloppy and still win....
Romo is really having a year.....
T.O. is being pretty quiet...
Witten is setting all types of records for tight ends...
Barber is a punishing back...and fun to watch....
O-Line is playing about as good as they have in years....
Secondary is suspect.....
Line backers suspect.....
D-Line playing GREAT for the most part....
Jason Garrett as Offesive Coord. is doing wonderful and letting the cowboys play loose and fast.....
They are FUN to watch.....Even when they play like today.....its fun.
Wade Phillips is doing a wonderful job to I might add.

TO has been quiet because he's surrounded by competence. You'd be pretty pissed if you had retards around you like at Philly.
-
Detroit deserved that one. But... WOOT!!!
-
Sailor....
T.O. up until this year really has been ANYTHING but quiet. And he had competant people around him at Dallas....
He's quiet because his carrer is ending in a couple of years or so....
He's understanding there is a lil more than him on a team....
Although the Eagles were winning when T.O. was there....they were playoff bound ALOT when he was there.....
T.O. is possibly and finally understanding TEAM......

Don't ya know it suxxors to be Jason Hanson right now? :t

Texans get no love...:cry
Have to congrat the 'boys on finding a way to win. Go Wade Phillips!
-
The Houston team was kidnapped and moved to Tennessee. Those are imposters there now.

They were playoff bound because TO was there. He was one of the only known people in this universe that could catch anything thrown by Donovan McNabb.

:huh
I guess. Personally, as an Oiler fan since the very early '70's I was glad to see Bud Adams weigh anchor. I know this team will never match the 'Luv Ya Blue' for endearment but again that was for the team and certainly NOT Bud Adams.

Romo isn't McNabb. Sayin'. ;)

You got that right.
Romo is doing something special. Now that they have him for a few years , it'll be interesting to see how he continues. Another Aikman? Perhaps Brady? Time will tell. But he is a blast to watch.
Dallas's secondary is in trouble. Newman , no matter what anyone tells me isn't all that good and he is heralded as the best corner for the Cowboys. Williams will put a hit on you , but isn't that good a saftey.
If Dallas could pick up a GOOD corner in the off season , and perhaps and FAST tail back , and maybe an inside linebacker , oh MAN they will be even better.
Right now , they are very vulnerable to the pass. IF they meet Brady and crew again , in the Superbowl , Brady will pick em apart. Dallas may make it a game....But I don't know that they can beat them.
-
Pass the barf bag, another Cowboy illusion soon to become Ghost Riders in the Sky. :rofl
-
The streak continues. Every game I have not watched, the Cowboys win. They are .500 when I watch.
You guys better be glad I work Sundays.
-
Hopefully they will not make any boasts before meeting the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Doing that this week did not work out very well today for the Steelers.

Figures someone would use cardiac Kids....btw that term was used first to describe the Cleveland Browns in 1980. So The Boys have borrowed it :D
Check the records. I believe only two teams have a winning record versus the Cowboys in their History.
BTW.....just finished watching the Pats eat up the number 1 defense in the NFL. Don't think it will matter who plays the Pats, they'll lose.

WGAS. There was 15 other games played between Thur and tonight that I found more interesting that the Cowgirls beating Detroit. Besides, the only game that mattered yesterday was the team that won their 4th consecutive division championship and I can't WAIT to see the mexican choke against my Hawks yet once again! :)

Wow, I'd have thought an educated man like Rip would know the difference between a cheesehead and a mexican. But, then I don't carpet my garage either.
-
You know what? As a life long 'boys hater I'm actually finding myself rooting for them. I guess it's the infusion of Wade Phillips and Tony Romo, a.k.a. Young Favre. How can you not get excited about watching Romo play? Of course I could do without T. "Please lord, don't let me drop another one!"O. but nothing's perfect in this world.

He's of mexican decent. I figured you'd know that about your QB but alas, you're living in Texas, I can't ask for too much.

And your opinion means a lot here. As much as any other freaky deaky Dutchman's. (Or are you decended from French blood?) :D

Wow, after watching the Cowgirls today, I must admit, you guys are going to go about as far as the Seahawks in post season (maybe one game further, then lose)

You may be right, time will tell. They were definitely off their game today. They will make it past the first round of playoffs though, that much is guaranteed.
-
I was off today and decided to watch the game. The streak continues.:(
WTF did Romo do to his thumb? He could barely grip the ball.
-
I blame the bimbo in the stands.

Hehe, my wife is convinced Jessica was a factor in Romo's poor performance. She reminded me that Romo played poorly when Carrie Underwood was in the stands as well.

Hehe, yeah, I'd even put money on that bet! ;) As much as I have in the bank. :)
Great teams beat the snot of out sub par teams, something Seattle nor Dallas could do today.

Any reason to blame Jessica Simpson is fine with me.

Oh, darn, the Cowboys lost? :D And the Redskins won? :aok

Like my Daddy always said, "Even a blind sow finds an acorn now and then."
-
Just Minnesota and Dallas to go and then Redskins might actually sneak into the playoffs as the wildest card.
Appropriate you should evoke relatives of our beloved Hogs and Hogettes.
Sometimes a blind sow finds truffles.
-
I gurantee the Cowboys will be playing in the NFC championship...Whether that game is in Dallas or lambeau, is up to the Cowboys, because I don't see the Packers losing to the Bears or Lions...
Their fate is in their own hands...
-
The Cowboys and the Patriots will lose their first playoff games.
I know nothing. You never heard anything here. This post will erase itself 30 seconds after the second of these games ends. :noid

It seems that TO sure couldn't, yesterday! :rofl
Oh and before you waste the time with the Eagles jokes, I've heard them ALL before, they are not original, and they will be met with blind ignorance. Remember we throw snowballs at our own players, Santa Claus, and are proud to be the first in the nation with an on-site courthouse.
