Title: FOV zoom no longer does anything
Post by: Krusty on December 14, 2007, 07:07:38 PM
in film viewer, the FOV slider for zoom mode no longer does much. It used to be a nice tool to set up a screenshot, but now has about 1% difference between both ends of the slider.

Yea. It really doesn't help anymore like it used to. It was a great tool for setting up your shots.

FYI (anyone), the bracket keys still supply the full range of the FOV function.

That's the zoom slider. There are 2 sliders. One affected the field of view given any zoom level. It was very useful for screenshot framing.

From internal view, the bracket keys operate the FOV slider.  See I actually addresed that to "anyone" because some people are probably not aware of that.  Just like some people are probably not aware that you can use the arrow and page keys in concert with the view direction sliders to set up just about any screen shot you could possibly want.
