Hey, fellow AH'ers! An internet radio station, America's Freedom Broadcast Radio, has been playing one of my songs (called "What of Them":D). Apparently it's been quite well received by their audience, and they have asked me to do an on-air interview to talk about the song and my music. It's this Friday at 3 PM EST, and you can listen to it by going to the following URL:
http://www.afbradio.us
This station is a not-for-profit organization that caters to our Armed Forces and First Responders. Please give them a listen. They have a 1-866 number on their web site that you can call and leave a 60-second message for our troops (a specific person, a unit, or our troops in general). It's free, so send out troops a Christmas wish, won't you?
In the mean time, check out my music at http://www.myspace.com/richowen61 . Give it a listen:aok . If you like what you hear, leave me a comment. Thanks, have a great day, and God Bless our troops.

Nice song, Sabre! You certainly look different now then you did when I met you at the 2002 con!

WTG Rich. Glad to see you doing well.

Congratulations and continued good luck

Thanks, guys. It's a baby step in the right direction.
Rip: Back at the 2002 Con, I'd only been out of the Air Force for a little while, and was still in auto-shave mode. I finally got brave enough to let the beard grow out and see how it looked. I thought my wife would hate it, but as it turns out, she prefers me with the beard. Who knew? Besides, without the beard I just look goofy in a cowboy hat ;) .

Hey, ya'all! Just a reminder that if you happen to be at your computer, please go to http://www.afbradio.us to listen to my on-air interview with Cajunlady at 3 PM EST today. America's Freedom Broadcast Radio is a not-for-profit internet radio station that caters to the US Armed Forces and first reponders, and is providing a great service. They play some great music, and have a toll-free number you can call into and leave a 60-second message to our troops (to an individual, a unit, or our servicemen and women in general). Thanks, Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.:)

Sorry all, but the DJ's had a family medical emergency, and we've had to postpone our on-air interview. Stay tuned for new date and time.
