Title: Is there anyway to find my email address associated with a Login ID?

I've forgotten my email address for my Login ID (and my password), are their any mechanisms out there to retrieve the email address associated with the login?

If you remember your login id, you can have your password e-mailed to you - which should resolve the e-mail address for you. Take a look at the account admin (https://www.hitechcreations.com/admin/index.html) page under the support menu at the HTC home page.

My passwords not working, and I don't remember the email address I used... I can't just go into account admin

Ther is a login file in your settings folder with your login ID and your password, you can open it with notepad.

but if you uncheck the box for save password that information is deleted.


unlike many other companies out there support@hitechcreations.com actually responds and usually in a few hours.

they also answer the phone (817) 251-1540 quite happily, and are amazingly helpful at least every time I have spoken to Carrie, Ronnie, Yankee, Doug, Roy, whoever.
