Title: Cant load when in arena

I can login / join the arena but nothing loads at all then its times out i can hear sqaud mates and other players but i cant type talk or move to the hanger or the runway. can i get some help please thanks.

You could try deleting the cache and reloading it all.  Otherwise you may have to wait until Wednesday for a direct answer from HTC.

still dosnt work. when i look up net status i get this

but my other games work just fine and low ping but AH dosnet seem to work

Could you run a pingplotter, and post the results up here.
Ping will need to be run against the game servers - details are here somewhere (just ending shift, or would dig em out for ya)

Looks (from that chart) like your variance is spiking (pingplotter will confirm and tell you where) and its causing connectivity issues.

I'd say your problem lies somewhere about hop 9 ;)

That "Variance" line is not normal at all.  It should be flat as a pancake.  It is indicating something is causing your CPU to be pulled away from running the program.  It could also be a resource issue.

Try reducing the "Maximum Texture Size" to 256, then check the "Preload textures to system RAM" option, while leaving everything else at defaults, and see if that helps.

I did that and it didnt work it may be my net droping the game out after i log in or they are blocking it i wont know till friday

See what your power setting is set to.  Set it to desktop/pc, not energy star.

As Skuzzy was saying, you probably have something in the background interfering with the game. It might not even be your connection. Viruses, antivirus systems, spyware, adware, trojans, scanners, ect will cause that sort of thing. Anything running that isn't Aces High.

Michigan charter backbone I am assuming. I'm in michigan and was getting the same thing last night on 206.16.60.41. The hop 9 problem didn't show up on 206.16.60.38. Getting to tower but not getting any updates until host connection lost. Finally got in the TA and stayed in without problem. Got out and tried the MA, no go. Well i have this thing called Cas Air it is my inter net  comp some times the net will go down or they will block the game for any thing ill have to see if they have unblocked the game. and what part are you from?

I'm in Montcalm county. I have had Casair for 3 years and have never had them block the game. Most problems are outside of them. This one has lasted the longest.
