Title: gorgeous xmas day here...
Post by: lazs2 on December 25, 2007, 10:35:44 AM
How is it with you guys?  sun is out and there is no wind.  was real windy last night but nice today.

Will get around high 50's today... so long as the wind don't come up it will be pleasant.   Wind chill is a big deal.

if this is our fault then lets keep doing what we are doing...

Anyway... merry xmas to all of you and hope that your day is a good one.

It's nice here.  A bit chilly due to the wind but it's sunny and not too cold.

Inside however, the weather is quite warm and cuddly :)

There is a gentle snow falling outside right now, with better than 6" of snow on the ground.  Picture perfect Christmas weather looking outside.

Been mid to high 70's in So Cal last couple of days - had a late lunch at a beach-side cafe in Laguna Beach yesterday watching the sun set over Catelina. Started today with a swim (water was a wee bit chilly) then bbq'd Chrimbo dinner.

After 30+ years of pi$$y Scottish weather, I'm loving California. Driving to Winter on Friday for a bit of ski action.

Mid to upper 40's it was pretty comfortable.

If I had my prefrence for this day it would be upper 20s and snowing which would have made it the perfect Christmas day.

We had a line of thunderstorms with heavy rain crash through. Cleared up later for a fine night. A bit unusual for this time of year. Not too cold either but it rarely is around here at this time of the year.

We ended up with 6" of fluffy light snow that fell straight down.  Very pretty, and if you didn't have to drive, it was picture perfect for Christmas.

We had between one and two feet of snow on the ground and it started melting as the temp was in the 40s... slushy and ice crusted!

I cooked rock cornish game hens for everyone and nuttin left but the bonz after it was done. :) They were yummy!

That made me happy :aok
