Title: Shore Battery object without the mountain...

Easy modification that would be great for the TE community: Make a version of the shore battery that doesn't sit atop a mountain, something we can place by itself.

ps. tried doing this myself by exporting to AC3D, deleting mountain, and reimporting to OE... but this function does not work as advertised.
