Title: Screenshot button in film viewer
Post by: Krusty on December 31, 2007, 09:21:13 AM
Can we add a "take screenshot" hotkey and/or button into the film viewer? Just use the same existing code as in AH, but have them save the files with either a different name (like "viewer0001.jpg") or in a different location.

Maybe have it pop to fullscreen mode before taking the shot, save the file, then revert back to windowed mode. If already in full screen, it stays there.

Thoughts?

I think there's other things that need to be addressed with the film viewer first. While a hassle, the PrtScn and Paste in Graphics editor technique is functional, at least.

True dat. Was just wondering if it might be easy to take the existing code (already in AH) and put the same into the viewer.

There's a lot I'd like to see, but I was just keeping it simple in this post :D

Top of your keyboard to the right of the "F" keys, button says PrtScrn.  Press that button to take a snapshot, then open up MS Paint, click paste.  The immage should show up and you can save it as whatever you like.
