Title: I Need Dryer Balls
Post by: eskimo2 on January 07, 2008, 06:25:48 PM
I don’t get to the store often and I don’t watch much TV.  So when my wife and I went to the store late last night I was genuinely amused by a display of “Dryer Balls”.

I couldn’t resist the urge to exclaim, “I need Dryer Balls” and spent the next fifteen minutes questioning my wife if she agreed that I needed Dryer Balls.
Am I the only one who finds this product to be hilarious?

Please post any other products that can be found in most grocery stores that also have funny names.

I sell them, I don't find them funny at all.  Luckily, we are almost sold out...until Wednesday.

Not at all.

..and if I was being honest I would have probably done the same thing to my wife.  Honestly.  It would have lasted longer than 15 minutes too.  After the very next shower I would have dropped them on her in some way before asking the question...on her arm or something.

LOL

Laugh all ya want, they work great.  If you are trying to cut down on the drying time of things like towels, they work great.

Course you here ka-thook, ka-thook, kathoook for a while!  (Sorry, trying to mimic Don Martin with the sound effects

thats interesting, i got a down filled winter coat, it is washable, instructions said when you dry it to put a couple tennis balls or a old tennis shoe in the dryer to fluff up the down.
