The bridges that road and rail convoys use could be added to the strat we can destroy. It'd add some variety to the strat targets, and would spread the targets of ground attack/toolshedding on the map a bit more.
The bridges on the way to the strat would get repaired by the convoys that run on their path. E.g. a convoy train would stop at a destroyed bridge and use up its value of resupply to rebuild it.
Railways and roads could be added too, but that'd be too easy to abuse.

This sounds nice! I enjoy destroying bridges that enemy units are currently traveling over.:t

I agree.

That would be awesome! Be nice to see some key bridges introduced to stop gv attacs. Gvs would have to use field supplies to get the bridge (Following up Moots idea).
Great idea Moot!

Would be awesome to blow it up just as a GV rush is crossing to take the town.

This is a great idea!
And make something where some bases you need to cross a bridge in a GV to get to the base.

On and off I'm building an MA terrain. This terrain makes use of the bridges and rivers that are already in the terrain editor. At three of the airbases I've put a spawn point across a river from the base. GVs have to cross one of five bridges to get to the base. I thought this might be an interesting variation on the GV game.
The bridges are owned by the local field to prevent easy milkrunning from the base. This means you can't destroy the bridges to defend the base but any GV caught on a bridge is going to be a sitting duck for bombs.
There are a few issues with rivers in AH currently, which is why no one has used them in an MA terrain yet. My terrain will probably have to wait for the next version of the terrain editor to fix these before it can be submitted.

Good ideas all.:aok

Greetings,
I recently submitted a Proposed MA Map using the river tiles. In the submission email I asked if their use was acceptable or if I should redo the areas. Haven't heard back yet, but when I do, I'll post something in the Terrain Forum.
