Title: CV Bombing Runs ?

I get lined up ok,  go in at 10 k,  zero my climb rate nice and easy in TBM and using level bombing scope.

What is the trick to determine the lead to get bombs to drop on cv?

I realize cv is moving at 50 mph.  My guesstimate is a wee bit off figurin my lead.

I'm pretty good at level bombing and prefer the Boston as it is fast; and dive bombing in Hellcat, P-40E, Studka, a few others.

Trying my hand at doing cv and cruiser level bombing, trial and error, a lot of error...

Lead app. 1 CV length per 10 k altitude.

8K is perfect alt.  Lead 1 CV length.  B26s are one of best CV killers although I like Ar234s at 3K and 400mph with a quarter cv length for lead.
