Title: are these files needed?

Found numerous files in HTC folder  AH203t2031 to AH2112T2113.  Also long list of readme files.  Can I safely remove these files.  The AH files are
installation files and appear to be all the updates and patches.  Being totally puter stupid I thought this time I would ask before doing something I will regrete later  Thanks for any help

those are the installers for updates, the readme's are the information about the update.

those can if you like be safely deleted, but I don't see a reason to do it unless you are short of hard drive space.
