A federal grand jury on Wednesday returned a 42-count indictment against a now-defunct Islamic charity for sending money to an Afghan "terrorist" and accused a former Republican congressman of money laundering, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

According to the indictment, former Rep. Mark Deli Siljander of Michigan allegedly received about $50,000 in stolen federal funds from the charity, the Islamic American Relief Agency. He could not be reached for comment.

He was hired in 2004 to help get the charity removed from a congressional list of non-profit organizations suspected of supporting international terrorism, the government said.

Tell me again how the Democrats are helping the terrorists?

See below list.

1 Michigan people are dmub.
2 We got the hip hop mayor.
3 More Arabs here than in the Middle East.
4 Michigan people are dumb. (spelling was wrong in the first try.)
5 We take all Canada’s trash (Really, not a joke 300+  trucks a day come from Canada to dump in the land fills in Michigan and no one cares)
6 We have HUGE auto plants with union workers ready to work.
7 Detroit’s mayor is so cool, his house parties are famous.
8 Don’t worry, both Dems and Reps in Michigan are bad guys and girls.
9 By in large, Detroit people are dumber that Michigan people.
10 We go this big bridge that connects the to parts of the state together. The Michigan people that live in the lower peninsula are called Trolls (we live under the bridge) the people that live in the Upper peninsula are called U-pers (they live above the bridge.)

Yeah, I wouldn't doubt Osama is in Dearborn.   More middle-easterners there than anywhere else in the world outside of the actual middle east.

First of all I'm glad they caught this clown. However, whenever Democrats are offside it takes them weeks to say that he was a democrat.

Frankly, If you are a conservative you have no party to vote for anymore. The democrats have moved to the fringe left and the Republicans have moved left. It's all about money and power and not you or me.

All the Siljander's Google turns up are from Finland. Last time I checked it was in northern Europe, not the Middle East.
