Looked like the Packers got beat fair and square.  That's too bad.  But ya gotta feel good for that poor Giants kicker... he was gonna be dead meat when he got back to NY.

Giants outplayed the Pack...

Farve REALLY   REALLY stunk  it up in the second half... he was awful and the play calling sucked.  I was yelling at the Tv... begging: "Please, no more screen passes or passes behind the line of scrimmage"

Just terrible plauy calling.

Kicking a field goal at 56 degrees below the temperature that water freezes at is easy??

Besides, the second miss that got pulled so very bad was clearly the fault of the center.   The hike was so high it was amazing that the placeholder was even able to pull it down and even place it in time.   It definitely threw the whole timing of the kick off.

Considering that he is also a young rookie, he did a great job kicking under those extreme conditions, in my opinion.

I don't know if it's easy, but then I wasn't commenting on his performance; I was speculating about the reaction of the fans in NY.  You're probably right though, and after all, football fans are nothing if not rational...I'm sure they would have been nothing but nice to him had he missed the last FG too.

I woke up in time to see the last of it. Although I wanted the Packers to win, I was glad for the kicker of NY. I drank alot of beer watching the Pats game. Still suffering from it :)

I think the Giants are prolly the only team who COULD beat the Pats. San Diego woulda had a chance but for LT being out

I was there...Section 105, Row 58, Seat 19.  After the game while exiting the stadium, you could have heard a pin drop.

The quietest fans on earth.

If there is one thing Eli still needs to work on is being a leader.  He should have gone to Tynes on both misses and let him know that he'd get them back into position for another try.  And Coughlin just yelling at Tynes coming off the field, wtf was that?  Yes Tynes should have hit those FG's but damn guys, show the guys some support.

Please ... the Pats didn't beat the Chargers ... the Chargers beat themselves.

I'll tell ya what ... if Brady has a game like he did against the Chargers and throws 3 interceptions ... they won't be 19-0, nor the Super Bowl Champs.

The Giants had KC's last-year kicker and they won. Bet he's heartbroken the Chiefs dumped him; now he has to go to the Superbowl.

It appears the Packers had KC's offensive playbook and possibly our Offensive Coordinator (Solari was probably phoning them in) for the second half. Not suprising they lost using our playbook.

I enjoyed the game though.
