Hey !!!!

And what is wrong with the Cartoon Network?

*short story on how the Cartoon Network moves people*

Not long ago there was a construction crew, from the City,  out back  diggin the pond up all for the betterment of Man and Beauty...Well...anyways...the se assshats are not looking at the lil flags posted...gleefully tearing up anything in their way...And Whoa who would have guessed... they cut the Cable.

I walked out and they seemed to think it would be another pisssed off person complaining... I greeted them with laughter.  It threw them off.....I shook hands and began to explain...

"I've prayed every night for a sign.. strength, wisdom, enlightenment, Hope...and for Peace many nights. Today you guys are Angels. You see my wife lives on the phone with her friends....they call all the dam time. My Son, 8 Years Old, Lives on the Cartoon Network FOREVER!!!...Myself, I fly cartoon planes in a never, never land...  Today GOD gave me Hope by showing me a sign, you gave me Hope by cutting the cable and I'd like to offer you some Hope because I'm going out for a beer and some Peace and in a few minutes my wife and Son will be out here giving you Hell.  I Hope you find a way to fix it..otherwise my GOD save yer assses."

Three beers and 60 minutes later I came home and the cable was repaired... funny thing was each lil flag outlining the cable route around the pond had the word "Hope" written on it.

I think the biggest insult is the post debate coverage....where they tell you what the candidates (or other debaters) just said.

Example:  "When he said he would spend more on the military.  He meant he would allocate funds to the Army, Air Force, Army, Marines, and Navy."

No kidding!

Is it really that the audience is too stupid?   Has the liberal media gone so far in assuming we are the ignorant masses that must be led, that they have taken to translating english for us?

Take offense!  Turn the channel.

I think it goes further than that Talon what the media is doing is reinforcing what was said then introducing their own agenda in the commentary by adding specific interpretations along with "mindlessly" expanding on others without the addition of any extras. It's kind of like the old adage, the best place to hide a lie is between two truths.
If you reinforce the mind of the sheep by repeating what was just said it's far easier to slip in your own agenda in between the lines.

the TV news shows have sold air time to sponsors, the FCC said they have to fill that time with something, so they do, with anything.

reporter: "so mr victim, how do you feel about you house burning down just before xmas?"  yada yada yada.
