Title: 2 troops = 1 town building

how about if troops could take down the town.

you would need 2 troops/ building

then you could take 5 ot 6 goons and get a capture without bombers. afterall, the infantry would be able to clear the houses.

just an idea.

i like that idea, similarly maybe let them pork a field if dropped on it? 20 to kill ords, maybe they stand on runway and shoot planes taking off? just a thought, sorry if im jackin' the thread

Maybe just ask for the Troops to at least make a potshot at nearby enemies on their run? :confused:

I'd like to see a few bunkers in the towns with a Rook/Bish/Nit flag over them to show they own the town and dare you to take it.:D

Frame Rates would become an issue. Imagine 60 parachutes over the town...

i remember we had 20 goons do a mass raid and it made me disconnect. And we could give the little paratroopers other small arms.(M1 grand, Thompsons, or B.A.R's =P)

that would be fun to see mass goon and m3 raids. Tanks running over buildings is an excellent idea instead of flipping ur tank over.

but WWII U.S. paratroopers used the grease gun and the Thompson only, the M1, and the B.A.R's could cause problems jumping out of the plane(getting them tangled in static lines) and they also took alot longer to put together once you splatted on the ground

I love this idea, i love so much i'd actually buy it dinner first. i have REALLY bad framerates sometimes (instead frames per second, sometimes i have seconds per frame) and i would still love this implemented, would make great movies on youtube. also, i would love it if you could disable troop icons as well.

IIRC I saw something about them having a choice between the M1 and a Thompson. Each has draw backs and advantages involved with the whole jumping out of planes thing, but I  seem to remeber them saying most chose the Thompson.
