how do you do this:

and

i see the explenation for the manuevers that start the thread, but not the two flat plate menuevers

Push your stick all the way forward and all the way to the left while applying full right rudder.

Yo can do this while turning, diving climbing and flying straight and level. Each orientation lends a slightly different effect.
