Just a thought. Since side imbalances are likely to be worst when total numbers are lower, wouldn't it make sense to end battles at times where the numbers tend to be bigger? When successes are scored after long periods of low participation, it strongly favors whatever side has the most off-peak players instead of the side that theoretically used the best combination of tactics and coordination.

Numbers are best -- and best balanced -- USA evenings (I'm not very good at this, but I think that means the range of about GMT/Zulu 2200 to GMT 0400).

Again, not a rant, just a thought for consideration...
