Title: Bar Dar for round 3

I was just checking out the new map for round 3 and noticed the bar dar. I was wondering if that was left on by mistake or is it going to be on for round 3? I personally would prefer that it was turned off, like round 1 and 2 but that's just my opinion. Maybe turn it off and increase radar range to give more reaction time, just a thought.

we'll turn it off and adjust the tower radar range for historical values.
