Title: My XO Becinhu has a problem

Besides not having a stein large enough to satisfy his thirst he has an issue getting on the forums and updating his information.

"The webpage won't let me post. it says I'm blocked from posting. I have emailed hitech support about 10 times and have never gotten a reply. "

Could someone look into this?  I don't think I have rights to update his account.

Call them on the phone.  Be polite and cordial.  He'll get an answer and a solution.  If he's rude then I wouldn't really be motivated to help him if for some reason his account was suspended...but that's me.

I am not sure what the problem is Wolf, but it sounds like something that only HTC can handle. Golfers suggestion is a good one.
