Title: Now I REALLY need a home built wizard
Post by: Max on January 28, 2008, 09:40:27 PM
Ignore my earlier post. I have all the connections in place...I think.

So I fire the rig up and up comes a DOS screen which identifies all the IRQ's
The screen asks for a set-up boot disk. Before I can get WinXP into the DVD tray the system shuts down. I power up, retry the XP boot disk, get a blue SET UP screen and again the system shuts down. The mobo still has juice cuz I can see lights but to be safe I cut power to the system and came running to you guys.

Any ideas as to what is or isn't going on????

Thanks

Rule #1

You fire up the celibratory doobie AFTER its all together and you are installing Windows.
Not as a prelude to putting it together ;)
