Title: Internet hop geographical location - sort of o/t

Anyone know how to find out where a given hop on a trace is?  From info you can read off of something like pingplotter if possible.

I used to have a neat utility that would graphically plot your trace on a world map.
I have no idea how accurate it was, but it looked cool. Very "sneakers":lol
I'll see if I can find it again.

I thought there was a totally free one somewhere...looks like that one does the same thing as PingPlotter on the free one. Anywhere know where a "complete" one is?

7-8 years ago I used a program called NeoTrace.  I have the install somewhere.  Was pretty cool for back in the day.

I think the one I used back in 2000 or so was VisualRoute.  I guess it used to be free back then.
