February 10th, 2008 marks the 10th anniversary for VMF-158, The Green Mountain Boys.
The Green Mountain Boys were formed back in the early "$1.99 hr" days of Warbirds, and 7 of the 8 original members of the squad are still on the active duty roster.
Thanks to all the Warbirds / Aces High members who have helped make the past 10 years memorable!
The Green Mountain Boys will be commemorating the occasion with squad operations on 8 February, and 10 February from 21:00 hrs EST till...
We invite our allies to give a shout with a victory roll and all others to "check six".
See ya up there,
Stymie

If sarcasm wasn't intended, then I suspect they're honoring The Vermont National Guard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vermont_National_Guard).
