Dang, fell from my stairs and messed up my right elbow. One of the front facings from the stairs (fifth one up from the bottom) gave way under my right heel. My momentum was such that my feet flew out from under me and my right elbow landed on the now bare (read that as rough) stair edge and my right side of my butt landed on a lower stair edge (smooth surface). Hurt like hell, but no real injuries. I'm sure I'll be even sore tomorrow. If not, I'm going airsofting. My right 'cheek' is kinda numb but thankfully no broken bones. Right elbow looks like a bad road rash.
No Hawaiian's thugs, scorpions, CIA plots, brain tumors, etc were involved, just my bad memory. I knew that facing was loose, just hadn't mentioned it to the owner.
No, I'm not going to sue them either. It was my own fault.

Thanks! No injuries so just gonna be a little sore for a bit.
Tomorrow will be the real test of how sore I get.

Thanks, yeah had it happened near the top floor, might have turned out different.

But did you drop your pen knife out of you're butt crack? It's hard to keep the clench in those circumstances.

I did that last week after I dropped a package off at a customers house. Wet porch wood here is worse then ice. almost same injuries as Saburo. Landed hard on my forearmthough, wish it was the face as we have learned here one can take face hits with no pain:rofl
