Meet Phil King, my State Represenative. Man, does this guy have cajones. He claims to be for the little man, but lies about taking kickbacks and illegal gifts (http://capitolannex.com/2008/02/07/tx-hd-61-phil-king-admits-to-taking-super-bowl-tickets-from-centerpoint-lobbyist/).

Now he has 15 people living at his law office (http://www.burntorangereport.com/showDiary.do;jsessionid=B8B479490098E478AB74F4271549E8C4?diaryId=4894) according to voter registration records.

As he is a politician, is this really that much of a surprise?

Yeah.. this guy is the "religious, honest republican". He's also using his position as a State Representative to stall law suits against oil companies. As soon as he is listed as council he envokes a clause that he is unable to prepare for the case while in office and it gets postponed indefinitely.

And you wonder why I don't like republicans...
