you don't need either, they come with head tracking in them.

would be interesting to be wearing that and wanted to chk ur watch and then fined yourself staring at your wing wondering exactly when your body turned into a plane

Ahh actually its not like that, the screens internally are quite small and the optics give the feeling of looking at a reasonably large screen from a comfortable distance. You also get the bonus of a true 3D image.

I've been using a Z800 VR headset (similar but slightly higher spec'd model) with AH for over a year now.
