1. Reinforcements have arrived. Check your respective forums for details.

2. Field capture: requirements for field capturing are thrown out.  Field capture is set at 35 troops and 5000lb hardness for hangers.  It requires quite a bit of effort to capture an field. That also means if you want to defend your country, you need to show up and stop any/all attempts at milk-running 24/7. War doesn't sleep. Neither does your enemy.
