What do I do if I get interrupted, phone call I have to take etc, Is there a way to pause this game?

You level out and turn on auto pilot.


Of course while you're on the phone you can:

- get shot down

- crash (auto pilot can fly you right into things at times)

- run out of gas (which also leads to the option above)

- fly 1000 miles off the map (leads to above 2 options)
