You need to be part of a registered FSO squad to participate. I'd post a new topic saying that you're looking for a guest spot for the next 3 weeks and you should get a response from one or more of the squad CO/XOs that are in the event.

I'm in a squadron. It is just i don't know all the info..?

It's hard to tell from your posts if you're seeking information to fly as a single or sign up your entire squad.
In any case, there are three sticky posts at the top of this forum, plus the information at ahevents.org which will help you understand what's happening here so you can rephrase your question.
In short, squads in FSO are not the same squads in the MA, you can belong to many squads. I'd advise you to do as forHIM posted and request a slot with an existing registered squad for a tour. You can encourage your MA squadmates to do the same and experience the event. There's a lot to learn but once you try it you'll be hooked.
Welcome to FSO.

Ok but iwould like to get my whole squad together is this possible?
-
Just a heads up. Once you join as a squad, you go into having the CO duty from time to time. That means planning stuff, emailing all the squad COs on your team, and making sure you keep your numbers up each week its run to stay apart of it.
-
You may able to get some, but every squad has limitations on their numbers. For example a squad may be able to fit two guests while another may be able to fit more. Just remember you must be invited.
You may enroll your entire squad but you will not be able to participate as a whole squad until the March FSO.

Yes, absolutely when you are ready, but I'd strongly advise that you don't do that until you've flown at least a tour with an existing squad so you know what's expected. Have each of your squadmates, particularly your second in command, request slots to better judge you squads' interest. It was over a year between the time I started participating in special events, to the first time I saw a squadmate in there.

Like these guys have mentioned, attending a few FSO's before you sign up is a good idea.
