I have a case that has a 2 pin Power LED and a mainboard that has a 3 pin connection for the Power LED. Any solutions?

I had the same problem..didn't bother with it. It's just a light.

One way it will work, one way it won't. Its just an led, won't burn anything out to try it.

Usually there's some marking on the motherboard to indicate the positive pin. Stick the colored wire on there and the other...well, to the other.
