Kinda would be nice to have a short "logoff" timer like MMORPGs do, say 5-10 second countdown to end the sortie.
EQ and WoW don't let you log out instantly, other than in an inn or allied city in WoW. But it stops people from logging out of bad situations they got into.

And don't bomb Gvs that are sitting on the pad.
And why are you so worried about a single kill? If you're trying to cap a base him towering out is the same as you getting the kill. It keeps him away from the town.

People like to be rewarded for doing things correctly. It is fundamentally what games are about. And accurately dropping bombs and not getting your reward is a disinsentive to play.

3. (a) V-base. V as in Vehicle. No town.
(b) I was eliminating him as my squadies were advancing toward his position.
(c) What if EVERYTHING you shot at or dropped a bomb toward disappeared before your ords reached....would you REALLY still be playing this game?

There we have the first problem: Who determines what is good/healthy/classy gameplay? Who lays down the rules what a "lamer" is? Who does need counseling? Whoe doesn't?
A forum to attack, belittle, quarrel is hardly a good idea.

The community would decide. But, you are likely correct. It would be turned into a circus just like the MA has been. I guess its either put up with kids who game the game or terminate the account.

Yea. I had an idea for a forum (away from here) to post about the actions of people who go out of their way to ruin this game for others and post about inapropriate (read: lame) behavior, backed up with a video. Kind of like the one that is going on in this forum right now. Normally they get locked before any real progress can be made.
Then Lusche pointed out how it would quickly be used not as a tool, but to whine and throw rocks.

Yea, the Suns traded Marion for Shaq. Now they are definitely winning it all this year. Amare Stoudemaire will now play his natural position, Power Forward.
