Title: Anyone made a printable map of Norway terrain?

You know, one with all strat targets on it, and maybe elevation markings or contour lines?  Thanks.

Why are strategic targets (cities, factories, etc.) not on the pull down map?

They never are (don't know why not).  HQ is only strat targets every shown on the clipboard maps.
