The SEA and the AvA admins use the service dates of vehicles and aircraft to help plan their activities. I'm including our current list, and have highlighted our current unknowns. If you could reply to this message with updated dates AND references, it would be appreciated. Service dates without references will be turned down - please support your info with data (avoids conflict).
Here is what we have so far:

Sherman Tank-- 09/1941(service records from the local museum)They built Sherman Tanks in my home town where my grandmother worked.
T-34/76--09/1941(your original date of 02/1943 was a bit off)I got my numbers from the book"1939-1945 Russian Tanks of WW2 Stalin's Armored Might"
-
We technically have the Firefly, which I believe entered service quite a bit later than the Shermans.

Here's a rough outline...
October 9, 1941: RAF flies first combat mission with the Airacobra I (export model of P-39C/D) strafing barges.
On December 7, 1941 five full Fighter Groups of P-39Ds are in service in USA.
April 30, 1942, first recorded combat between Japanese aircraft and P-39Ds occurs near Port Moresby.
May 15, 1942 marks the combat debut of Soviet "Kobras", these being Airacobra I types, supplemented almost immediately with P-39Ds ferried in via Iran.
Mid October 1943, P-39Q-5 is issued to 35th FG, flying combat missions from New Guinea. Meanwhile, P-39Q-1 fighters have been operating from Guadalcanal since early October, mainly with the 72nd FS. Their first significant combat occurs on October 30th, when 12 P-39Qs strafe ships and barges in Tonoki harbor, Bougainville.
November 1943, the Soviets begin issuing P-39Qs to front line units.
Per the Sherman Firefly: First issued to Brit tank units in May of 1944. These didn't get to the ETO until June.

I was thinking it might be useful to also have some of the service dates for the earlier models we don't have.
For example, the first Fw190 front line fatality was 6.staffel's Leutnant Heinz Schenk on 29 August 1941. He was shot down over Dunkirk by friendly AAA (always a hazard when flying a new model).
The first loss to the British, was Grouppenkommandeur Walter Adolph on 18 September 1941 off the Belgian coast.
Both of these accounts are in "Aircraft of the Aces: #6 Fw190 Aces on the Attack" published by delPrado and Osprey Aviation.
It's just an idea to help when you're missing an earlier subtype or model.

TBF's entered in to service 6-42(6 took part in the battle of Midway), if you want to be technical 8-42(Eastern Solomons, Squadron strength)
From this website HERE (http://www.acepilots.com/planes/avenger.html)

Panzer IV Type H ... 8-44
5-43. Lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de . If talking about any long-barreled IV, the F2 arrived at troops in 4-42
-
19 GIAP got the P-39Q in the Summer of 1943 (Lend Lease Aces of WW2-Osprey) but that would be the earliest date.
I don't think any saw action at Kursk, so you could go with 9-43 I would say.

T-34/76 ... 2-43
T-34/76 M1940 - 12-40
T-34/76 M1941 - 7-41
T-34/76 M1942 - 3-42

I havent looked into what we have in AHII, but the differences is minimal anyway.

in 1940 they made 5 Prototypes to be delivered to the high command to be looked over.09/1941 they had already made 200 models in production.

Excellent timing Fork, I recognized the need to update my tables but I don't have the time to do the research right now.
wtg and thanks to all who contribute and vet this stuff.:aok
If I get time I'll review and post some of the holes in the data we need info on. Four+ theaters require several in-service dates for some a/c.

P-38D?
-
I think he meant the P-39D. :D And thanks for the updates on the Panzer IV and T-34 too guys.
Anyone have data on the Wirbelwind?
-
I would want to add separate data for the MTO. It will be useful by this summer.

What about the service dates for the B25C and B25H?
