Accounts renew automatically. You can mange your account  here  (http://hitechcreations.com/admin/index.html) (from the menu at the top of the HTC home page).

how do I stop a billing ?

All I see is DELETE account - but I don't want to lose the days Ive already payed for

Wait til its closer to the time they're about to rebill you (should be the same week every month) then cancel it then, to minimize "paid for days" loss.

The only way is to delete it, and once deleted it stops instantly.
