Title: Sea Planes for Fletcher class DD's?

Wouldn't it be nice if they gave us the sea plane capability for the Fletcher class DD's?Three Fletchers had sea plane capabilities.The bad news is that the idea didn't work,and the torpedo tubes were put back.
