you can pick 'one' XO and as many battle captains as u wish...

The XO will be the first person we will go to if you are not available to make axis round selections. If the XO is unavailable as well we'll track down the first battle captain we can find...

Since they are the C/Os of the three biggest axis squads they are my three picks. Which ever one posts first that wants it can be the X/O. The other two can be the B/Cs.
