Title: Petition for AH Theme Song
Post by: TwentyFo on February 21, 2008, 06:55:16 PM: Remember classics such as Super Mario Bros., Zelda, Contra, Halo.....What did all these games have in common???

A theme song.

Theme songs make the game even more memorable. I would like to see AH have one. It could be written and performed by any one of the talented people that play this game. I know this request is a long shot, but if in favor or against please post below. Also, if you could have any song to be the theme song for AH what would it be?

P.S.-- Doesn't Skyrock write and perform theme songs/jingles.

For those who don't know it... a 30-second clip of it was the tune they used to use in the Chips Ahoy! commercials.

That's a great one. There were tons of swanky songs back then that would be super. I think that a song is entirely not necessary. But if there was "a song," it would be nice to see it be pulled from (or at least reminiscent of) that era.

For the Axis side I would choose " O Fortuna" from Carmina Burana by Munichs' favorite son Carl Orff. Its a very powerful piece.

Or my personal favorite, the theme song from Mr ED.

Yes....lets use the one made for IL2. We can be original about this.

What about this. HTC makes a blank intro theme file when we download the game for the new update. Then we can change the intro song to whatever song we like, by simply renaming the mp3. Just an idea.

My dream would be that there would be an opening montage of cool flying video along with a song. Would be a great intro video for new players. That way they can see the possibilities in this game.
