Title: The lowly Jeep

I've been messing with Jeeps a bit more lately, trying to up at VB's when the inevitable augering jabos show up so I could score a proxie kill (or hiding in the trees awaiting the same).

Last night, I went spawn camping in a Jeep.  :aok   I landed 3 kills (1 M-8 and 2 M-16's)!  :rofl   Then I went tooling around hunting and got another M-8.

That single .50 is one awsome weapon for light armored especially when combined with the speed of the Jeep.  As an added bonus, you can carry 2 drops of vehicle supplies and re-arm yourself, or right yourself if you roll it over.

Bring on the Jeep wars!

Try killing panzers in it. Used to do it quite a bit in H2H. Nothing funnier than the grumblings of a panzer driver after hes been taken by a jeep.

I've done that before. I logged on, one of my sons logged on, and one of my other sons logged on using my husbands account. We all got into jeeps at an airbase & raced loops around the adjacent town. It was pretty fun. :)

I really like the cute little noise of the engines on those things. Also, would be a hoot if they had a little horn. :)

I'll set up a lan room for me and my grandson using the TA map and we jump jeeps from the 20K bomber base to see who can get the most air.

Decided last night that I'd put the Jeep to use. Ran down and executed a goon, got an A20 trying to strafe me, a P47, some M3s, sniped some troops, even landed 2 of my kills. Got 4 kills, and 6 deaths out of the deal, not horrible considering the odds. Despite the screwy GV handling, it's a lot of fun.

With the old(Better) TankTown i would up a jeep and go around driving into enemy tanks and killing them. It was funny as hell to watch them cry on 200 about it. Most i have ever landed in a jeep was 9 kills all tanks. But HTC has fixed it so the jeep is still fun, but not as fun as killing tigers with it.

Was getting bored witht he air game lately
so I've been spending alot of time playing witht he M8 .
Having a blast with it too running around and popping the turrets of tanks who just drove 10 minues only to end up haveing to end mission. Or try chasing me around.

Getting better at shooting on the fly as well

Only complaint is I still think an AP round when fired at  point blank range on a tank tread should have no problem tracking a tank
