Title: Making Videos from footage
Post by: craig666 on February 23, 2008, 11:24:21 PM
Anybody have any luck making any videos using footage that was NOT in AHF file format?

Here's what I'm trying to do:
Use Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 to edit movies.

I've gone in and downloaded some AhF files, then hit "save as AVI".  I then take that file and drop it right into Premiere and....nothing....it says the file is damaged or corrupted.

Any tips or tricks?

You could also run fraps as you fly to record it as you see it.
Fraps tends to make huge files though, someone (smokey73?) has also suggested something called guncam that allegedly has more format and size options than fraps.
