Title: Secunia and Java update

Secunia tells me my current version of Java SE Runtime Environment is insecure.

When I go to the Java website to up date, I get a message that says:

 Java SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 4 First Customer Ship
            
Provide Information, then Continue to Download

Your download transaction cannot be approved. Contact Customer Service.


I never saw this before... when I go to Customer service they ask for personal information.  Is this legit?
