I did a short search and found a few wishlist references to German Armored cars, but did not find anything specific to this model.
The 234/2 was a 8 wheeled, 12 ton AC featuring a max speed of 53 mph and a 50cm/L60 gun. This was the same gun that was used on the PzkwIII series beginning with the J model. The J model was used to great effect in killing Grant tanks during Rommel's Tobruk campaign in 1942. It is also capable of firing a special round who's acronym is escaping me at the time. APCR perhaps.
It was produced starting in 9/43 for about a year before being replaced by the /3 version that sported the short barrelled 75mm (75mm/L24). I think this would allow it to be added to the mid war arena as well as late war.
This would give us a nice alternative to the M8 with a stronger gun.
Also, as has been said by others, a V-Base manned At-Gun would be a hoot. Not an 88 though. Something less dominant like a British 6 pounder, German Airborne unit 28/20 Pak gun (squeeze bore gun), or German 50mm PAK like the gun on the 234/2.

It does come up from time to time, and would be a nice addition to the game.
