He's Baaaack
Kinda surprised at this one. Figured he'd give up and sit this one out
Should be a blessing in diguise to Laz
If Paul runs 3rd party and Nader Runs 3rd party. they essentially wash each other out as for pulling votes away from respective parties.
Nader Enters Presidential Race (http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/24/nader.politics/)
Unfortunately I still see it taking a miricle for the Republicans to win.

nader is always good for republicans because he siphons off cheekbones liberal blowhards from your standard democrat contestants, weakening them at the polls.
WTG Ralph!

Ron Paul already said he would not run 3rd Party. I was disappointed when I heard that.

Then I dont understand why he was seeking the nomination at all.
Everyone pretty much knew he wasnt going to get the Rep nomination.
He makes too much sense.
The point to me should have been to get himself noticed enough in the primaries to be able to run third party.
If it is his fear as Laz would condend that he would syphon off votes for the republicans
With Nader back in I'd reconsider that line of thinking as Nader in effect balances out that equasion.
Oh well.
Things being as they are. Nobody currently running is worth my vote IMO
My only real hope now is that Hillary doesnt get the nod.
Obama at least has some small respect for the second.
and that where he beats her out.
As for McCain and Obama.
Its a matter of do we want to be screwed by using a 32 oz baseball bat or a 2 Lb bat
Either way we're just as screwed

Darn me and my cyphers...

Like...Obama isn't leftist enough? WHAT could Nader bring to the table that is different from Obama?

I said some "small" respect.
In any event he still beats on Hillary when it comes to the second

Nader. (looking for Yawn smiley)

Wouldn't be surprised if the Republicans begged him to jump in... he's the reason Bush won the last two times. Kinda weird for him to wait around so long, though.

In 2004, the Democrats successfully sued Ralph Nader off of the ballot in Pennsylvania. No single person could vote for Ralph Nader, except for a write in.
The democrats sued on the basis of questionable nominations. While the democrats or republicans only need a petition of 2,000 people in PA, any third party candidate needs 35,000 people.
The democrats questioned the veracity of some of the 35,000 Petition signers, and the Judges appointed by the Holy Ed Rendell (Democrat) didn't bother to question the veracity of the democrat's charges. They assumed them to be true, and thus, without any due course, automatically assumed that Ralph Nader forged some of the signatures. It wasn't til much later after the election did the third party even begin to be heard about the bull**** the democrats pulled.
Libertarian and other third party candidates successfully ran for President in Pennsylvania. But not the green party and Ralph Nader. No. The party that would steal votes from the democrats was immorally and illegally raped.
