I was a little cheeky with my boss last week. I actually told him NO when he asked me to do something. That alone was a no-no.
Then over the weekend I opened up an earnings statement only to find that I'd just gotten a raise. *double*not-nice*
-
You been bad! :D
-
A raise after saying No? Unconventional behavior reward. Your boss probably would not be a good Dog Whisperer.

Im beting she got the check before saying no.
then opened it later after she had already said no.
And now feels like she is suffering from a case of "Hoof in Mouth" disease
LOL
Thats ok. Just tell him sorry on monday and claim PMS
If he's married hell uderstand completely

Yep, said no first, then found out about the raise later.
I'm not sorry that I told him no ~ just sorry I said it with less tact than would have been appropriate.
Yeah... bigtime hoof in mouth.

Like I said. just blame it on PMS
-
No need to blame anything. The raise may have been in fear they had offended you. I bet they don't want to lose you. :)

Today I apologized for having spoken rudely to him last week (I didn't offer an explanation for my rude remarks). He didn't know what the heck I was talking about, but accepted the apology anyhow. :)
-
Boss:Hello, will you fill out this paper report for me?
Worker: No.
-
Yyyyeah, we need you to make sure you're using the new cover sheet for your TPS reports from now on. That'd be grreeeeeat.
-
Ya shoulda just told him that you didn't do as well at the quick fire range as you did the week before...that it's either yer stance or reloading that had you down.
;)
Mac
I'm sure he'd have understood and dropped it altogether.
