I'll load AH, and it takes FOREVER for the clipboard to come up in the title screen. In game graphics look good, and I rarely encounter a stutter. Wht could be the deal?

A lot of things can cause this.  Usually it is resource issues.  Not enough free RAM, slow RAM, slow CPU, too many active background processes, Vista, and so on.

Need a DXDIAG output to start with.

Could that have anything to do /w all the warping and such I am getting? I got flat out accused of cheating last night, and I know it looks insane, but I want this problem to go away about as bad as the guys who use me for target pratice....:confused:

Check the Vista Tips thread, maybe you need to clean up your system a bit. Also check to make sure power saving settings are turned off, laptop cut things out to save power.
