Wasn't put into use till 1960? No very good for a WWII game.

  Umm, no.  23mm ZSU = USSR (yes, USSR as in  Soviet)

  Stinger=USA (Yes, as in US of A)

  Unless the Afgans found a unique way to mount the Stinger (no pun intended) it ain't a Stinger.  Probly the aiming scope.

  Does look a lot like the German 20mm towed mount tho....

Alright then, not stingers...But still Anti Aircraft missiles of some sort.

It's not an aiming scope, it's actually a missile mount - 2 Polish 72mm anti-aircraft missiles "Grom"
