Title: Thank you Dear for 28 Years.

February 29th 1980.  Leap Day

I married the woman of my dreams.
After 3 beautiful children and some rocky roads I still wonder how she put up with me.
When I didn't believe in myself she still believed in me.
When I thought I couldn't go on anymore she picked me up and helped me along.
When I stood up strong I knew it was her hand on my back that kept me steady.
Without her I don't think I would have made it this far.
Behind every good man there is a better woman.
She is one awesome woman, best friend, companion, and soul mate.

My mother and father made it to 50 years together this past summer.  Mom passed away shortly after.  They made 50 years together look EASY.
