I'm looking to make an avatar out of a wraith picture I found on the internet, but I don't know how to put it in JPF or GIF format.  Can anybody help?

You need a file program to convert those. Most likely costs money, i don't own  it maybe someone else does/

looks like your current avatar is the one you want to set it as Wraith.

Iview32 is a freebie that does such things--resizes, etc
