It's this week for sure. We come home from work on Wednesday and "whoop there it is!!!".

Minimum 13.5 minute down load. Even if you have a fiber optic trunk the size of Mr. Winkie. Just order pizza. And for god's sake keep the wife away from the computer unless you just wanna do it all over.

Wife-ack beware. These guys are blabber-mouths. One day (long ago) I logged onto my husbands acct & flew a couple 262 sorties. When he came home later in the day about 5 people all at once say to him:
"Hey man, your wife was on earlier today doing 262 runs. Check your points."
Freaking retards can't keep a secret to save your lives.

Juts another sign of the old boys' club, TxMom.
And if you don't think there's a glass ceiling in the game, try to climb above 40k!

This is why we have two computers on our network.
Nobody has to argue over who gets to go online :lol

The word on the street is that last nights BB "problems" were actually caused by a full bore, all out, test of the NEW game that slagged the server. The smoke could be seen from Coppell. At least that's the word on the street. I just report what I hear.

No... it was HiTech making his snowman that delayed the launch of the BBs.
Next week the new version comes out for sure, though. I can feel it...

Guilty as charged.
I was thinking of that master of the skies, the Bolton-Paul Defiant. Stunning to imagine the thought processes that demanded a fighter whose main armament was placed in a rear facing turret...

It would have already been out, but some brainiac sent HTC a case of Cragenmore, and now they have spent all week getting sloppy drunk! Two more weeks. :lol
MMMMMMMM CRAGENMORE :O
-
The Defiant was designed to fly alongside German bombers and hit them from their defensive blindspots. This wasn't a totally stupid idea when the UK was out of range of German fighters, the rapid fall of France wasn't planned for of course. Having said that the Defiant was never going to be as effective an interceptor as a Hurri or Spit, so it was a waste of effort.
During the BoB the RAF could have kept the Defiants covering the north of England releasing Spits and Hurris south, rather than sending them into the 109 infested English Channel to get slaughtered.

Getting an enemy on your six is much easier than getting one on your twelve. The Defiant was designed by someone who was NOT a fighter pilot. Probably a Rook.
:D
