Title: ENY Troops

 probly get flammed for this one,but oh well  :D
 how about adjusting the baseline of 10 troops to coincide with ENY
 example... if ENY is 5 it takes the normal 10 troops plus 5 more.

I think its a good idea :aok, as long as one can determine somewhere how many are exactly needed. :)

I think it should be reveresed from what you got. If the opposition is kicking arse there eny goes up, once it hits 20 or so then add eny to troops. This will slow the hordes.
