Title: Training modes

I would be nice if the offline mode had options for training, such as.
The ability to start at a specified altitude and speed with a contact at a settable distance.  The contact type/model would of course be programmagle.
Part of the problem now is that when you want to practice air or ground attacks, you have to waste alot of time setting up. Three quarters of the time is spent taking off, and getting to altitude.

Select the AHTA06 map for offline mode. It doesn't only have airfields at every altitude up to 30k, but also air spawns. For example A3 SE spawn takes you 30K above A1, and the bases on level bombing training area have some airspawns too.
